"No -Show , No-Contact" will result in forfeit of your appointment benefit for that session. (Example if you are entitle to 2, 30 min appt & fail to show or contact for one 30 min. appointment, that slot is forfeit but you will still have one appointment that is valid.) To avoid this simply text, message or call to give notice 8hrs in advance.
