The Fine Fettle MT offers singular services to each individual, through verbal wellness coaching in which the client is the expert on their unique path, energy healing in the form of Reiki, or complete physical peace and relaxation through Craniosacral Therapy.

Each person’s needs and desires are designer, singular. With that in mind, I utilize wellness coaching to help illuminate individuals to their unique strengths, skills, resources, and adaptability. By shedding light on these aspects we then work in a collaborative partnership to create strategic and sustainable goals, making their dreams, be it losing weight, pursuing a new career, or having more patience as a mother, into a reality, one step at a time. Wellness coaching occurs in a place of no judgement, where you are the expert. It is a conversation in discovery to find who you are capable of being.

Dana Means Wheeler Specializes In Therapeutic Healing, with a background in teaching and educating. She is certified in the Endocannabinoidal System, she is a certified Reiki practitioner, and state licensed for esthetician and professional services. Dana is also certified for Kids Yoga and Mindfullness excerises. She has professional and personal experience with special needs, and can adapt classes or services to benefit everyone.
